From the desire to give new life to this property with an important emotional value, our customers have asked for a new design and a new architecture, but which also maintains the identity of the neighborhood in which it is located.
REAR FAÇADE
The poor predisposition to sunlight has been improved thanks to large windows so as to have a maximum use of external light. The terrace with the tubular pergola is in continuity with those already present. The courtyard creates a familiar outdoor space in continuity with the interior living room. We find a barbecue area and two small green areas. The gate overlooks the parallel street joining the two streets and creating two entrances.

Questi progetti di camere da letto interpretano uno stile contemporaneo minimalista, combinando comfort e raffinatezza. Nella camera matrimoniale, toni neutri, arredi eleganti e una mappa del mondo in rilievo sulla parete creano un'atmosfera ricercata. L'illuminazione lineare a soffitto e una consolle sospesa completano il design moderno e funzionale.
